We do accept the Training support grant (up to €1000).  The deposit is €400 and we do offer a payment plan for this course.  You can pay in monthly installments.

This is a Blended Course on Zoom all 4 classes must be attended – 100% attendance is compulsory.

 This course requires that you are competent at Google or Microsoft Word or similar, PowerPoint and have use of a laptop for the class, it cannot be done on a phone.

You will also need access to a printer.

 You must complete 1-hour of micro-teaching. At least 1 x 15 mins Micro teaching session will be observed on Zoom or in person during the course.

Course Entry Requirements

There are no nationally agreed course entry requirements.  However, qualification in your chosen skill is required to teach.
Subjects covered are outlined below:

• To be awarded the VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training, learners must achieve a minimum of 12 credits.  
• * Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training.  3 credits.
• * Facilitate learning and development for groups. 6 credits
• * Understanding assessment in education and training.  3 credits.
