What is Holistic masssage?

Holistic massage is a type of massage that treats the person as a whole, mind, body and soul.  Holisitc massage can be an excellent tool to help a person with day to day stresses of our lives.  It can also help to relax our core and helps the body to release stress and allow us to be whole again.

During your time studying you will learn all about the major systems of the body.  You will also learn to develop your skills as a massage therapist working on all areas of the body including the face and head.  You will also cover pressure point facial massage.

How is the course assessed?

This course is assessed through practical and theory exams.  You will complete a set of 20 Case Studies that will be internally assesed and inspected by the ITEC Practical examiner.  We will also be running a massage clinic from January to April.  This allows students to gain the practical massage experience in a safe environment and supervised by your teacher.  You can also use this to complete your case studies.

Course fees include:  Towels, massage oil, uniform, books, notes.  You will also have free access to our online training platform Pivot.
