Deborah Ryan is the owner of Carella Beauty Training and opened for business in April 2016. She has over 25 years’ experience in the beauty industry and 21 years’ experience as a trainer. She has qualifications in all aspects of Beauty and Complimentary therapies to include Beauty Specialist, Nail technology, Facial Electrical, Electrical Epilation, Holistic Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage. Deborah also holds many qualifications in training to include Certificate of training from NUI Maynooth and a Diploma and BA Honours Degree in Training and Education from NUI Galway. She is also registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland.   Her main focus is to ensure that all students that train with Carella get support, guidance and are helped through their training with teachers with industry experience.  We want to train you to work and suceed in the Beauty industry.

Niamh Crosbie Nolan

Beauty Therapy and Nail Trainer

Niamh Crosbie Nolan started working with Carella Beauty Training in early 2024.  She has been working in the beauty industry for over 15 years.  She has qualifications in all aspects of Beauty.  Niamh trained with Coogan Bergan and has CIBTAC and CIDESCO qaulifications.  She moved to Australia in 2013 and worked as a therpist there till 2022.  She obtained her teaching qaulification, a Certificate in Training and Assessment during her time in Australia.  She worked as a trainer from 2018 until she returned to Ireland in 2022.  She started working with Carella in 2024 and she teachers our Salon Ready and Nail courses.  Niamh has years of Industry experience that she will share with her students.

Nail Trainer

 Ella Ryan is a multi award winning Nail technician with awards from The Irish Beauty Industry, The Irish Nations Hair and Beauty Awards and HiStyle for Nail Technician of the year.  She is holds ITEC Diplomas in Beauty therapy, Holisitic Massage, Anatomy and Physiology and Nail Technology.  She works full time as a Nail technician and is the owner of The Nail Shaq.  Ella passes on her years of industry experience to our Nail tech and Manicure and Pedicure students.  She is extremely passionate about her craft and is supportive and loves to mentor her students.
